I came across this cool toy called hurricane balls while watching videos the other day.  I looked to see where I could buy some but couldn't find them anywhere online.  Then I realized all you have to do is simple connect two spheres of a similar size together.

Use a plastic nozzle or straw to blow air onto one side.

The air increases the balls' angular velocity to speeds up to 12,000 rpm.

Spherical objects that work best are ball bearings, lamp shade fasteners, cabinet door knobs, curtain rod ends, and marbles.
