A follow up from our last episode "Creating Light Streaks with Fiber Optic Lights".  Here I show the basic process of creating a Star Field background.  

Materials were gaffers tape, black foam board, a couple led finger lights and fiber optic strands.  Cost of this did not exceed $10.
